The Other Half.

Building awesome brands and creating meaningful connections with all their audiences. These two fields are the focus of our work.

We do so by shaping the brand core, organizing the brand ecosystem, setting
up and training internal teams and external partner networks, doing co-creation sprints and providing CDaaS (creative direction as a service).

We believe in the power of authentic brands. But what does “authentic” mean today, anyway? In order to go beyond the clichés and unleash the brand’s true potential to attract, retain and amaze people, a new approach is needed.

So we developed our own set of strategic and creative tools, and implement a more holistic approach to brand building and brand communication.

We know what we’re good at and what we’re not. Our approach is highly
collaborative and we work with a network of pros with lots of experience in all aspects of brand design, marketing and communications, HR etc.

The other half was founded in 2018. It is run by Dilyana, Georgi and Ivaylo who combine their eclectic personal backgrounds and fields of expertise with a compact team and an endless array of partners.

we do it?

We believe businesses should aim at bigger purpose than just making money. In order to be truly successful, a business must provide real meaning for all people that get in touch with it – whether as clients, partners or employees.

That meaning is unique for each company and it is deeply rooted in its soul. Because the soul of the business is its true brand, and a soul-less brand is hollow.

Our job at the other half is to make this deeper level seen, felt and understood by people, and manageable by the business. 

And in doing so, to unleash the full potential of the brand to drive success and achieve change.

We do not stick to traditional frames & concepts just because “that’s what consultants or agencies use”. Each brand is unique so the process in defining and bringing it to life should reflect that as well. That makes it real.

From deep-dive projects to fast interventions: we customize our approach to fit the project, not the other way around. And we always leave room for the surprises that come along and are important to the task at hand. Our focus is on the value, not the process. What we deliver are specific, actionable solutions that help you achieve the desired business goals.

We always act as a catalyst for change, improvement and growth. We know how important your business is to you because we are an independent business ourselves. This is why we are fully dedicated to adding real & adequate value to what you do.

Yet, we do not keep quiet when we know a desired move may not be the right move for the brand at the current stage of development. We ask a lot of questions and seek for ways to optimize, innovate and get the most out of your brand.

A brand’s essence and future cannot be defined by external advisers solely. That would make it fake or at best fragmented. This is why we always work with the brand’s leadership team in a shared process and collaborative formats.

Plus the right partners. Minus half-baked contributions. When we are not the people for a certain job, we say so – and we bring recommend the right partners for it. We know what we’re good at and we prefer to work for everything else with pros handpicked based on their expertise, and their fit with the brand.
