All Channels is probably the fastest growing communication group in Bulgaria today, consistently winning new clients and expanding into new territories.
Success and growth are unavoidably accompanied by new challenges. In this project, we supported the agency’s top management team in their efforts to upgrade the agency’s brand presence, in order to match the upgraded market position and aspirations of All Channels.
At the second stage of the project, we created and executed a custom-made strategy training for the various teams across the group. The aim was to back up All Channels’ quest to offer their clients an improved and enhanced value proposition, providing more than “traditional” advertising and communication.
It’s the magical moment when the abstract theory is meeting the deep and hard-to-be-questioned experience...
