We created a new version of Lemond’s brand essence and guidelines
Partnering with Becherovka’s global brand team, we created a new version of Lemond’s brand essence and guidelines, updating the brand territory, strategy and core audience, and redefining its attributes and key assets.
We then partnered with cocoon (Prague) to create a visual brand compass to be used by the brand teams across all markets.
The project duration was 8 weeks; due to availability of high-quality data about the market situation and the brand audience, no additional research was performed.
The project was executed entirely remotely: we worked in Sofia, the brand team and cocoon in Prague, and we only met online.
Working remotely with the other half was surprisingly smooth. I am impressed by their deep understanding of the consumer’s mindset, and their insights on how our brand fits in people’s life.
