Management Financial Group (MFG) unites some of the leading non-bank financial brands in Central and Eastern Europe
The company has a strong track of launching and establishing brands that either dominate the market – or successfully challenge the status quo.
For their annual Board of Directors meeting, we created a 3-hour panel that combines a presentation, a facilitated discussion and a hands-on workshop focused on several of the brands in the MFG’s portfolio.
The goal was to use the meeting of MFG’s leaders as an opportunity to discuss:
- why today’s market reality requires brands to adapt their strategy and behavior
- what a “strong brand” really means – and how to measure its impact on business
- how to (re)connect marketing efforts with the business goals of the company
The other half exceeded my expectations by managing to finally convince the tough audience (…) how adequate brand communication can protect profit margins and prevent brands from profit killing price wars.
