Management Financial Group (MFG) unites some of the leading non-bank financial brands in Central and Eastern Europe

The company has a strong track of launching and establishing brands that either dominate the market – or successfully challenge the status quo.

For their annual Board of Directors meeting, we created a 3-hour panel that combines a presentation, a facilitated discussion and a hands-on workshop focused on several of the brands in the MFG’s portfolio.

The goal was to use the meeting of MFG’s leaders as an opportunity to discuss:

  • why today’s market reality requires brands to adapt their strategy and behavior
  • what a “strong brand” really means – and how to measure its impact on business
  • how to (re)connect marketing efforts with the business goals of the company
